I'm a product design leader based in Bangalore.

I work on products, teams, and the decisions that shape both. Most of my work is about clarity: making value unmistakable, direction felt, and problems sharp enough that good teams can actually solve them.

I've spent 12 years building consumer products at scale. Lockscreen experiences, live content, AI-powered commerce. The through-line has always been the same: earn trust before asking for commitment, and design systems that outlast any single feature.

As a leader, I care most about building teams that don't need me to make every call. When designers stop asking "what should I do?" and start saying "here's what I think" that's when I know something's working.
